Parking on Prospect between Essex & Atlantic - residents can register to get a parking sticker (didn't Mayor say no stickers at last council meeting - it's on the tape) to park for free from 6pm to 8am in the garage. If you're home during any other hours, guess you're out of luck. If you want a dedicated space 24/7, you can get a monthly spot for $25/mo. Residents should be getting a letter in the mail.

Yes I did forget something. One person stood up and said that the Mayor and Council have "done the best you can".
Did they say you could have a dedicated spot for $25/month or just that you could park at any time for $25 (not just from 6pm to 8am). If they are giving dedicated spots that no one else can use, it will be tough to enforce and they will run out of spots. If they don't give dedicated spots, if you pay the $25 - what if you can't find a spot?
Good questions - wish I knew. You can call the City Manager and ask him. He said "dedicated space" 24/7for $25/mo. Residents will be getting a letter about it. I don't know how it will be enforced. Does monthly parking in other lots have a specific space? If not, I don't know how you'll keep someone else out of "your spot"
