The nice part about this administration is that just when you think their behavior can't be any more despicable, they dig deeper and surpass our expectations. They could care less about the people on Prospect, or anywhere else for that matter. They were either complicit in this act or ignorant of it, and either way is unacceptable.
City Manager said if the residents "choose to participate" they will get parking...is that another way of saying that they'll have to pay for parking?
